What is Core Syn?
After evolving into a Fitness coach, an elite fitness coach, then acquiring a master trainer certificate,
Specializing in multiple areas of fitness as a:
corrective Exercise Specialist.
Certified Personal Trainer.
Exercise Recovery Specialist.
Certified Nutritionist.
Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Transformation Specialist.
Reflexology practitioner.
With extensive knowledge and years of experience I Was able to cultivate the most engaging
comprehensive world class Fitness Group class.
CoreSyn stands out as a unique fitness class. Because it seamlessly integrates multiple muscle groups,
balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength, all anchored by core engagement. Through these
strategic movements that promote A dynamic flow CoreSyn delivers an enjoyable yet challenging
workout experience suitable for both beginners and seasoned athletes.
After a well-designed warm up and stretch Sequence, We Seamlessly transition into class which is
broken up into four complexes with four movements each. A Balance and coordination movement, An
isometric movement, A core engagement movement, And a plyometric movement. After each Unique
Complex, we take a short break for hydration.
After we complete these four challenging sequences, we start our cool down and stretch routine. This
will be familiar for those yoga goers.
There are modifications for all the movements so anybody can join No matter your fitness level.
Class is held at the American legion on Saturday and Tuesdays at 8 am.
